Here's a recipe for Paneer Butter Masala: Ingredients: 200g paneer, cut into cubes 2 tbsp butter 1 onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, chopped 1-inch ginger, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup cream 1 tbsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) Instructions: Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until they turn translucent. Add garlic, ginger, and sauté for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt and mix well. Let the mixture cool down and then blend it into a smooth puree. Return the puree to the pan and add water to adjust the consistency. Bring it to a boil and then add paneer cubes.
